Explanation
Scroller, Conveyer and Ticker are transparent. With Typewriter you should add a background colour. Scroller, Conveyer and Ticker have the shortest loading time. Typewriter is more complicated to load because it requires in addition an JavaApplet and a Java-Engine. If your homepage is written with PHP, the news ticker can be embeded on the server. This reduces the loading time.

The scroller is based on JavaScript and is a News-Ticker that moves upwards. Moving the mouse over a news item stops the Scroller. If using this news displayer you don’t need to pay attention to Click delay and the size description.

The Conveyer is based on JavaScript and is a News-Ticker that moves to the left. Moving the mouse over a news item stopps the conveyer. If using this news displayer you don’t need to pay attention to Click delay, the distancde and the size description.

The ticker is based on JavaScript which displays the news in the way of a typewriter. Moving the mouse over a news item stops the ticker. If using this news indicator you don’t need to pay attention to speed, distance and size description.

The Typewriter is a JavaApplet, a combination of scroller and ticker. If using this news displayer you don’t need to pay attention to Delay. JavaApplets are small programs with high security (they cannot touch the hard disc of the reader) which are interpreted by the Internet browser.
